How & Where We Work

We empower our employees to do their best work, wherever they are.

We are committed to developing a global team that is distributed with a flexible working approach. Doing this equitably and inclusively is essential to our success.

We have decided on three ways in which our employees will work. These approaches give teams the opportunity to establish their optimal working arrangements that fits with their objectives and enables collaboration.

Hybrid

You split your time between working from home and working at your local office location.

These employees are linked to a specific Cloudflare office location but how frequently they split their time between their home and that office is based on their team’s working arrangement.

Remote

You can be based anywhere in the country where you are employed and are not expected to work from an office location.

Some roles do not require working from a Cloudflare office location and can be done fully remotely. These team members are not linked to a specific location but are welcome to work from an office occasionally.

In-Office

You perform your work at a Cloudflare office location as office presence is business critical for your role.

Some teams require physical presence in an office to fulfil their objectives. These team members are linked to a specific Cloudflare office location and work at that office most of the time.
